❓ Frequently asked questions

Why didn’t I get a code on the cheap server?
Budget routes share high global traffic. Wait 1–2 minutes, confirm you selected the exact service, then cancel before the timer ends for an instant wallet refund and retry — or switch to Premium.
Do I get charged if I cancel a number?
No. You only pay when an SMS code is successfully delivered. Cancel while waiting, or let the timer expire, and the hold returns to your wallet automatically.
How do I fund my wallet?
Dashboard → Fund Wallet (or Deposit). Choose Flutterwave or Korapay, pay from ₦500, and wait for automatic credit. Receipts live under Transactions.
Where are my purchased account logins?
Open Purchased Logs / My Orders right after buying. Credentials stay there so you can copy them again later.
Can I cancel an SMM order?
Yes while status is Pending — full amount returns to your wallet. Once In progress, fulfilment has started; use the order detail options or contact support with the order ID for quality issues.
Paid but balance not showing?
Bank transfers can take 5–15 minutes. Confirm the exact amount went to the exact account shown, check Transactions, and avoid starting a duplicate deposit. Still missing after ~30 minutes? Contact support with gateway, amount, time and receipt.
Will my account get banned for using a virtual number?
Bans and restrictions are decided entirely by the third-party app (WhatsApp, Telegram, Google…). BlissVerify only delivers a working number + code. Prefer Premium routes for cleaner pools and follow each app’s own safety guidance. See our Terms.
Is there a mobile app?
